Musicifier.com does not claim ownership of the music or other content uploaded to our platform. We treat copyright and other legal rights with utmost respect. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please let us know immediately and we will address it promptly.

We honor all legitimate takedown requests that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

1. Identify the Content
   Describe the copyrighted work or other content you believe has been infringed or violates your rights (e.g., title, album art, screenshot).
2. Locate the Infringing Material
   Copy the full URL(s) on Musicifier where the material appears.
3. Prepare Your Notice
   Include:
   • Your full legal name, address, email, and phone number.
   • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief that the complained‑of use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
   • A detailed description of the work and the infringing material including each URL.
   • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, if the claim involves copyright, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
   • Your electronic signature.
4. Verification
   To help us confirm ownership, please provide at least one of the following:
   • The work on an official, verified streaming profile (e.g., Spotify for Artists link).
   • A link to an official website or social‑media account clearly controlled by you or your company.
   • An attachment with a signed letter on company letterhead or a government‑issued ID matching the claimant name.
5. Send Your Notice
   Email your completed notice to musicifier@gmail.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and typically process valid requests inside 48 hours.
